We're an aggregation company focused on the financial services industry. By acquiring financial advisers and their clients we are able to grow rapidly and take advantage of economies of scale. Our two tier company allows us to both acquire assets from retiring advisers and also add advisers from brokerage firms and banks that just want a turn key solution. Utilizing academic research and a lot of math we have created investment models that provide advisers and their clients with a systematic approach to investing. Through these models we will begin offering investment solutions directly to current account holders at Fidelity Investments and other major custodians. Our flagship product, the Flexible Beta Model (trademark pending), is a multi-factor model that using a ranking algorithm to pick top investments from a defined ETF universe. Simply put; our model invests in the best asset classes and markets across the globe using quantitative data.
