Contractors seeking extra work or who wish to focus on their trade instead of marketing apply to participate on the BlueMatch platform. BlueMatch runs a license and background check on each applicant. Once approved, contractors log into our app when they are available for a service call. When a homeowner needs a repair, they submit a request through our website. We instantly ping nearby, available contractors. Contractors accept a request if they are able to be at the home within one hour. When a contractor accepts the job, the home owner is sent a text with the picture and full information of the contractor coming to their home. All repairs fall within four price tiers ($100, $200, $500, $900), clearly indicated on the platform, creating price transparency and parity. BlueMatch guarantees the contractor arrives within one hour and that all work is done correctly.
