Mad Genius Radio is a subscription‐based radio player that creates an "infinite playlist"TM for listeners by offering true customization, but without the hassle, time commitment or deep musical knowledge required by "DIY" services. Our listeners are listening longer than those of older-generation radio products because they can mix genres of music, rate songs and artists according to how often they want to hear them rather than the overly simplistic and limiting thumbs up or down, and because our 50+ professionally curated genres feature hundreds of songs. Our seed round of funding enabled us to complete 12 months of beta testing and UX testing for desktop and mobile applications, deployment of apps for iPad, iTunes, and Android, and the rollout of version 2 of our player in response to user input. Our A Raise will be largely dedicated to marketing and the continued development of our platform.
