The Product: A film fund that produces G/PG-rated films that are paid for prior to production using a combination of passive income tax relief, state rebates, A-list talent, foreign pre-sales, and additional factors. Very low risk with a great R.O.I. The Need: Film studios and worldwide distributors need content in a price range that they are hungry to distribute. The Solution: G/PG-rated adventure films with A-list talent that are budgeted in the $2.5 million range. These are the least produced films by independents but are 11 times more profitable then R movies. Who: My company has produced hundreds of hours of G/PG rated entertainment for television and thousands of hours of live entertainment. Profit: A projected minimum return of 60% to 90% occurs within 12 to 18 months. Based upon theatrical success a steady stream of revenue will continue for 3 and ½ years from a few percent to 1000 percent. Banks and other investors will be involved.
