Our model is fairly simple. We make every item custom for our customers, when they order it. We carry zero finished product inventory and make minimal investments in WIP inventory and raw materials. In addition to our Ratio Clothing brand, we have developed a highly customizable product / personal manfucturing ecommerce platform. Most online store platforms (Shopify, Spree, etc.) do not support highly customizable or on-demand product configurations.
