YaBeam (yabeam.com) is a mobile marketing/advertising and multimedia content distribution platform that connects publishers to mobile consumers via real-world venues. It is the next phase of our Slicebooks platform (slicebooks.com). Publishers of all sizes, with growing backlists of valuable, trusted content are facing a fast-changing environment with fewer and fewer traditional sales channels. To be discovered they have to rely on consumers weeding through an increasingly crowded cloud that is cluttered with dubious and often free content and is increasingly dominated by a few large players, including distribution partners who are now becoming competitors. All of this makes discoverability by targeted audiences more challenging and expensive than ever. Publishers need easier, more cost effective ways to directly reach specifically targeted mobile consumers with niche content that is packaged how and where mobile consumers want it.
