Apartment Data Xchange (ADX) allows apartment managers to trade information on a weekly basis. It can be thought of as a business-to-business version of forrent.com and apartmentguide.com, except ADX collects more data points and is used by apartment managers exclusively, not prospective renters. The basic level of ADX is free for bona fide apartment managers and premium subscriptions are available for more sophisticated data analysis.
