Cahootz Cafe & Delicatessen

Looking to open a cafe/deli in the small mountain town of Fairplay in South Park, Colorado.  There are very few options for eating in this small rustic town and the food here does not compare to the food we served in the northeast (Keyport, NJ). We will bring northeastern favorites to the area such as Taylor ham, Philly cheesesteaks, as well as our established favorites like Salisbury steaks, garlic clams, shrimp cakes, seafood stuffed mushrooms, New Zealand green mussels in marina and the famous "sub" from NJ.  We want to show the people here what a real burger is like!!!   NO ONE IN TOWN DELIVERS!!!!  We want to offer that! Please note - the closest place to this rural mountain town that may be open is one-half hour and over a very windy mountain pass (Hoosier Pass), which in the winter times can be quite treacherous as you can imagine.  Any other location is an hour away!!  Welcome to the Rocky Mountain communities! : )
