DotComDiner allows University students (and non students) to look at any restaurant in their area, see specials, and order online. The site allows them to customize their order, order from multiple restaurants at once and compare deals for similar food types. DotComDiner is also going to have a PayPal service so parents can add money to their kids DotComDiner Accounts so that they can only order from restaurants advertised on DotComDiner without students needing cash on hand. Restaurants will gain exposure on this site and have options for different advertising levels. Being a "featured" restaurant will allow a restaurant to be listed on the front page. There will also be a rotating banner that shows these featured restaurants at the top of the page. Revenue is generated by a 50 cent processing fee to customers and restaurants paying a percentage of the order total (based on the level they are registered for, i.e. "featured" would be 10% of gross order total. Level % will vary.
