PSA Waste will acquire existing waste removal businesses, each of which will have been in business for a minimum of 10 years. PSA Waste will become an integrated solid waste services company, providing solid waste collection, transfer, disposal, and recycling services to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. The Company will begin by serving communities throughout Colorado, with a focus on the Denver metropolitan area.
