Sirvo is a social recruitment and hiring platform for the service industry. The service industry suffers from a lack of hiring channels and proper HR, which leads to poor hiring decisions, absenteeism, and high turnover. Sirvo aims to solve these problems by creating a network in which employers and job seekers are highly accessible to one another as well as providing a standardized hiring process that decreases time and cost to hire while increasing employee retention.
